How soon will my order be sent out?

We like to send out all orders quickly!  So we post orders daily from the Gold Coast, Queensland.  If you order before midday weekdays, we will post same day.  Orders after midday or on weekends will be posted the next business day.

Where do you ship to?

We post Australia-wide.

Do you ship internationally?

If you are located outside of Australia, please send us a message and we are happy to get a postage quote for you. 

How much does it cost?

We have a flat rate of $10 for standard postage, and $15 for express.  If you spend over $99, we are happy to provide FREE postage as a thank you.

For larger, bulkier items, like our Lazybones Quilts and some homewares, the flat rate for shipping is $20. If you notice that a product does not have a shipping rate, please contact us and we will get a quote for postage for you (it normally means it is a bigger, very bulky - or hard to ship - item).

Do you offer Local Pickup?

Yes, we are happy to offer FREE local pick-up on all orders from either our boutique in Tamborine Mountain Qld 4272, or from Southport Qld 4215.

The option will be available at check out, and we will call/SMS you when your order is ready for collection.  This is usually within a couple of hours of placing your order, but do allow up to 24hours.  

How long does it take to arrive?

Our orders are sent with Australia Post.  Standard post is estimated to take up 3-10 days whilst Express is estimated between 1-5 days.  We will send you a tracking number when the order is posted so you can track where your order is.

 

 

Lockdowns?

Hopefully lockdowns are long gone, but if we are in lockdown, we will open 2/3 days per week for contactless pick up of online orders only.
