Do you do Change of Mind returns?

We do not provide refunds for change of mind, however we are happy for you to make an exchange. The customer will need to cover the cost of any return postage back to Loloma Living, and the cost of postage for your exchange item back to the customer.

The change of mind transaction must be started within 4 days of receipt.  Please contact us as soon as possible to get the process started.  We must receive the original item at Loloma Living within 14 days of original receipt.  Items must be in original, brand new condition and in original packaging.

What if my item is faulty upon receipt?

We carefully check all items prior to sending so this a very rare occurance.  However, sometimes faults can be missed and we will happily refund for genuine faults.   If you feel your item is faulty, please contact us within 4 days of receipt to start the refund process - please attach a photo of the fault in your email. We will assess each refund request on a case-by-case basis.

If approved, we will send you a prepaid satchel for you to return the item at our expense.  Once we receive the item, in original brand new condition with original packaging, and inspect the product, we will provide an immediate refund.  This is a process through our third-party website, Shopify, so whilst we will process this quickly, please expect to wait between 5-14 days for the bank to credit your original form of payment.

Late Deliveries, Damage & Loss of Goods

Loloma Living cannot be held responsible for late deliveries, loss or damage of products ordered through the website. We utilise third party delivery services and cannot provide any warranty or guarantee that no damage will be caused during the delivery of any products you order from our website. However, we will do all we can to package your products in a safe manner, including bubble wrap if necessary.

Loloma Living will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.
